SweetWater Brewing has revealed their 23rd Anniversary beer. This will be a Foeder-Age Sour IPA

We are always excited about the annual limited release from SweetWater celebrating their anniversary. This year’s edition is straight from their Woodlands Project. This sour IPA was aged in an American Oak Foeder. Strains of saccharomyces, brettanomyces, and lactobacillus yeast were added for the souring process. This beer will be first revealed at their anniversary party on February 15, 2020. This beer will hit the rest of the distribution footprint in the weeks after.
